Setup covers loading your projects and layouts and training your team. The monthly fee covers the app, hosting, AI layout reads, customer WhatsApp and SMS, updates and support.

Yes. PocketPlot works on Android phones, iPhones and any computer browser. Sales staff use it at the site; the owner and accountant at the office.
No. Finance, bank accounts, salaries and other people's commission are only visible to the owner and the accountant. Brokers see layouts and their own plots.
Booking confirmations, instalment reminders and registration reminders go to the customer on WhatsApp and SMS. Every payment gets a numbered receipt you can print or send on WhatsApp.
Upload the layout, then mark existing bookings and sales with their customers and payments. We help you load this during setup.
Yes. Your projects, plots and accounts move across unchanged, and you only pay the difference in setup.
No. 18% GST is added to the setup fee and the subscription. A yearly plan costs 10 months' fee for 12 months.
